::The waiting time at the counter is always long because only the lady with the glasses at the front serves the customers. The rest of the employees sit on the left at the computer, talk, look at how long the line is and see, but no one there is interested. I've been living in Sieglar for two years and it's like that every time... I've only had one time in the two years where I had to wait 4-5 minutes... otherwise it takes forever, the other lady was there today on April 4th, 23 too works raises her voice as soon as she is asked something and you notice that no one except the lady with the glasses and the bob cut wants to serve you. It's a shame you really feel very uncomfortable
