  I have been a customer at the Merten branch for many years. So far I have been completely satisfied with the service and the friendly and competent advice from Ms. Mareike Klein. When I had questions, they always had time and an open ear for me. I was particularly pleased with the help I and my wife received when installing the Push-Tan app because we had some difficulties with our new phones. Thanks to your help it worked great. Service is very important in the branch, so we recommend it without reservation.
