::As a savings bank customer outside of GG, I was refused a payout. Puzzled, I inserted the card again and then I was informed that it would cost EUR 4.95. I have never experienced that in 15 years as a savings bank customer. Even in other EU countries you can sometimes withdraw money free of charge, but not in GG Dornheim from the Sparkasse 😅 What's wrong here

::I am a customer of another savings bank and withdrawals from KSK Groß-Gerau are therefore free. At the ATM in Dornheim I was charged 4.95 third-party fees from my savings bank. There is no indication of fees when withdrawing. This is completely wrong. Either it is a shared branch or the S sign should be removed.

::Beware of rip-offs. Sparkasse customers have to pay €4.95 at the ATM. No notice on the machine during the debit. Sparkasse supports this approach. Grade 6.

::At least as a young person, you can somehow accept the fact that there is only one local self-service branch and no more branches, but the fact that there is no possibility of depositing cash at the ATM is really poor. This even worked on the old office machine, which has now been dismantled. What is the advantage of a cheaper online bank if even such a basic service at the ATM is no longer available?
