  After moving, I feel completely at home at KSK Biebesheim. I now enjoy going to a consultation because I know I'm in good hands here. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Be it an account change, funds, receiving other currency for a time abroad etc.pp. I feel completely comfortable and well looked after. That wasn't the case before. Here you won't be hectically stalled. Time is taken and questions are heard. Thanks!

  The new building created a beautiful branch that also offers sufficient parking space directly in front of the entrance. The interior is relatively small, meaning that confidential conversations are not necessarily possible when in contact with customers. Of course, this can also be done in separate rooms, but the first impression counts, especially since the self-service machines are installed directly next to the counter area. The staff are friendly and helpful - almost like what you were used to here many years ago.
