  Once again, I was disappointed by the lady sitting at the exit to the underground parking lot (I'll write her name and surname later) recently there was a problem with a transfer for an expensive car and now it's too bad to say (what is this lady doing there, NOTHING) the only thing she can do is make the next appointment to get rid of the client . So I made an appointment at Postbank.

  In the past, more stars could have been given here. Unfortunately, this bank is increasingly showing outstanding incompetence. The new mission statement: fees up, service down is being pursued very consistently. Update 01/2021: After my 1-star review, I was politely asked for feedback on how to improve it and submitted my suggestions via email. A few days later I was invited to an interview by the branch manager and was pleasantly surprised. All problems that had arisen in the past were discussed objectively and a number of steps were taken to solve various problems. Hence the correction of the rating. Here’s to a hopefully better future together!
