::It's a shame how Kreissparkasse Augsburg treats its regular customers after its merger with Sparkasse Bodensee. By chance I discovered that the Sparkasse charges around 20 euros per month for its services. As a result of the merger, my tariff was automatically changed to a tariff that was worse for me. After the change, I now paid €0.50 per transaction (e.g. card payment). After my complaint I received a refund of 3 months. Still unsatisfactory, as I have been bearing these unwitting additional costs for over a year. If you think about the fact that the bank contacts you immediately when it senses a deal and in such cases it doesn't contact you at all. I will be closing my account in the next few months. To all existing customers: Please check your tariff!
