    I always find it strange that you hear at reception that private patients are not given preferential treatment, but when the bill comes, it's exactly the opposite! Items are charged that wouldn't have been necessary but were charged anyway, and for less than 3 minutes at the doctor's office! A consultation (which didn't take place because there was an immediate examination), then the examination (double, although only necessary on one side, €18 more for the double procedure alone!!), then 2 items for exactly the same procedure is???? ????, and as I said for a total visit time of less than 3 minutes (hourly rate of €1250!!!!!!!) because we milk the PK patient out, which is no longer possible with the GK patient!

    Thanks to the government, there is not enough payment for polyp operations and tonsil operations. When looking for a surgeon for my 2-year-old daughter, Wildeshausen was the hospital with the shortest waiting time. After waiting for over half a year, we finally had the preliminary consultation for the operation. After trying alternative therapy, the ENT determined that my daughter needed surgery. Just not in wildeshausen - it's too far away from where you live. So we are now in a loop again - waiting time for an appointment at the other hospital/examinations etc. I would like to be informed directly about the pointlessness of doing this here when arranging appointments and examinations. I find it more than regrettable to do this to a small child. For a two-year-old child with severe limitations due to a blocked nose and ears, six months is an eternity. Thanks for nothing!

    A really great practice where we always feel in good hands. It's always easy to get appointments, in an emergency on the same day. With children, the medical team is simply great and you really have a good feeling that the patient's well-being is taken seriously and comes first. Also a great practice team and nice medical assistants at reception. We are 100% satisfied and happy to have this practice.

    Unfortunately I have to change my rating. After almost two years, I was in this practice once because of tinnitus that had existed for days, ear pressure, and ear pain. The employees were very friendly both on the phone and in the practice, just like the first time. But the following visit to the ear doctor was disastrous. He didn't ask me any questions about my tinnitus, nor did he show any interest in my symptoms. He looked in the ears and said everything was fine and then he tested the ventilation. This looked bad in the ear in question, which is why he suspected a ventilation problem. Shortly afterwards a hearing test was carried out and everything was ok. Then during the subsequent conversation he retracted his assumption and said something was wrong with the device. And a ventilation problem should have been recognized differently. He didn't say anything more about my tinnitus. I didn't feel taken seriously and alone. Such a symptom has been proven to cause considerable suffering for many people. It is recommended everywhere that you go to an ENT doctor immediately if it lasts longer than a few days. The doctor in this office was absolutely not interested in helping me or at least finding out what the problem could be. Despite substitute work and time stress, patients shouldn't just be thrown off like that. I have now changed practices and ABSOLUTELY cannot recommend this doctor. And that's really rare for me. I can't say anything about the doctor who also practices in the practice. However, I didn't have a choice and so you have to expect to go to the other doctor. In addition, according to another doctor I saw, there is a ventilation problem in the ear. As I said, if you are looking for an interested ENT who actually tries to help with problems like tinnitus or similar, you are in the wrong place (in my opinion).

    The practice actually deserved 5 stars I got an emergency appointment super quickly I was greeted very friendly and understanding by the doctor's assistant on the phone and on site. It was even pointed out by phone that there was 3G and reception ran smoothly However: I was asked several times whether I really hadn't been vaccinated. Not even a vaccination. Then I would be called in by the doctor. He quickly took a picture and even looked into both ears to clean them. Although only the right one hurt. Unfortunately, the cleanup operation was very rough and painful. After it was done I was told I didn't have an earache but rather it was my jaw and that I should go to the dentist. And then it started. The vaccination tirade. Why I am not vaccinated and unless I am in the early stages of pregnancy there is no excuse for being unvaccinated. If the gentleman had attempted to build a relationship of trust during the treatment, I might have properly explained why I was unvaccinated. But the aggression was unbelievable. If you don't want to treat unvaccinated people, you should say so. In any case, I now feel robbed of my time because I could have saved myself the journey So thank you for nothing except a really bad feeling P.s. Had a sore throat...
