::After I recently criticized the emergency department, today I have to praise the gynecological outpatient department in the Düren hospital. Had an unpleasant examination today, but the doctor was really great and caring. Registration was also very friendly and organized.

::The emergency room is a complete disaster! Confirmed once again! Unfriendly and incompetent. You come in with worried complaints and you leave with them. It is said that we did everything... that I'm not laughing.... I sat there or stamped somewhere for more hours than the announced examinations even took place! I'm getting tired of even having to be afraid to go to the emergency room! Next time I hope it's not necessary, I'll drive a lot of kilometers to another ambulance! The absolute highlight was that at the end I had to point out that the cannula had to be removed! I'd rather not report here how it was removed. So I went home crying afterwards. I have also noticed how disparaging people are talking about other patients!! It may be that there is always a lot to do, but in my opinion that is inhumane! Thank you.

::The staffs(some of them) in the hospital are not friendly & helpful, English deficiency ( to foreigners who are seeking medical helps).

::They saved my life, healed me, cared for me. All good. Food is decent. Staff mostly top notch. Three patients in a room is a bit crowded.
