  Very cruel, would have been unthinkable with Mr. Greiner! My daughter bought a pen on Monday that she wanted to give her mother for Christmas. She tried it on Tuesday and it didn't work. After a lot of pushing around about the lost surprise, she told us about it. My wife tried to exchange the pen today. (Of course he hadn't given the child a receipt ...) She met with complete rejection, tried again and again to find a good solution to the problem, whereby our daughter became more and more disappointed and saddened. In the end, my wife was expelled from the shop. I can only recommend everyone to avoid the store in the future. Everything that Mr. Greiner once built up no longer exists. When dealing with long-standing customers, the business is soon to be rented out and I only mourn the earlier days when someone was still behind the counter with motivation and reliability ...
