The specialists at Gastroenterology and Allergologie are good, however the nurses/receptionists are a joke, very rood, mean old ladies, especially at Anmeldung2. Also the waiting time is unbelievably long even if you have an appointment. Reserve few hours if you visiting a specialist. Get there 20min before appointment as you will need to fill loads of forms and find the actual place where you need to go, the place is huge, have multiple buildings. The nicest person at this institute is the person at the entrance who gives out the forms for corona statements, always nice and helpful.

If you end up going to the dermatological ambulance..plan the minimum of 3 hours of waiting time. Doesn't matter if you show up early. You will wait a long, long time. Hours.

Attended late Sunday night with asthma complications, seen immediately, very friendly, English speaking staff, thoroughly professional and made me feel relaxed and treated me excellently. Good one Dr Hoyler and yr team. 10/10 😀

Exepting the fact that i speak only english, and when i called for informations about my biopsy, the person who answer to me was rude, and didn't want to help me. The rest of the personal was really sweet and helpful

Hope less Doctors. I was there for an emergency and the doctor literally refused to see. This is nothing but discrimination
