I will never enter this children's ward again... My daughter had to be hospitalized for observation due to the RS virus and acute brochitis. At the beginning everything was good, except that we waited forever for a bed with a completely tired toddler, then in the evening the bombshell: my daughter touched the IV pole, whereupon the nurse shouted at me and then roughly threw my daughter into bed when she started to cry said Sister M. That she shouldn't cry so stupidly and that if she were to touch him again there would be real trouble. I immediately called for the doctor because I wanted to discharge myself with the little one. Of course, honey was smeared around my mouth because I Yes, when she was already extremely exhausted, the little one was very excited due to the inhalation solution, which is why I took her to bed with me and we watched her program quietly on my laptop so that she could calm down and the night nurse C. Rein Plum also came to see me that would be a good night's rest and whether she would just watch the TV at home and why the little one sleeps with me and not in her crib... At some point I also attacked her because it was enough for me, I understand the current situation, but it doesn't justify treating patients and their companions like that and especially not small children... definitely missed the job.

We were in the children's ward for a few days for a check-up. The staff was super nice, we were well looked after and we felt like we were in good hands. Even when we were there for an emergency medical examination in the past (when the pediatrician was closed), we were always treated and given great advice. Big praise to the staff. The rooms are also nicely decorated.

First of all... Please NEVER send your children to the children's clinic in Pirna! It took me a long time to digest this experience and I am still stunned by what happened. My twins were born at the Pirna Hospital. The postpartum ward/gynecology/delivery room is really great. But after the twins arrived and I had to go with them to the children's ward, disaster began. At first they “had” to go into the incubator and had monitoring monitors on it. I didn't get any answers to my questions about why and what it was used for. In general, communication was terrible. I just didn't know what my children had and why all of these devices were needed. When feeding, I was left completely alone, was only allowed to give the bottle after exactly 4 hours (not sooner or later), the annoyance when the bell rang for food was very noticeable. You kept hearing that you didn't have time because there was a new addition. When you walked past the nurse's office, everyone was usually sitting there happily drinking coffee. And it was always at different times. I myself, as a relative, was often forgotten. I didn't get any tea or coffee, my food came at some point, which was then very lovingly placed on the trash can, the sisters simply lifted the lid and grumbled about what kind of stuff I would order her. I could go on writing for hours... It's totally unhygienic, the head doctor is massively arrogant and unfriendly, the nurses are rude and incompetent, etc. Only the cleaning staff was very nice. The children are treated absolutely negligently and shouted at that they shouldn't behave like that. I kept a detailed record of the 8 days and also took photos so that people would believe me. I have never experienced anything like it. By the way, my children didn't need supervision (according to the report), but earning money is important!!!

Visit to the children's clinic - emergency room at half past midnight. Nice sister and great doctor. Even though she had to go from one to the other and it seemed stressful, she looked after my daughter very thoroughly and kindly. I can highly recommend it.
