It's always about everything here... so it shouldn't matter whether enough time, enough kindness, enough of something could be more or better... there may always be something, but lives are being saved here and the doctors are pretty much that Best thing you could wish for...highly professional work from all employees...everyone helps you as best they can and you're not the only patient, regardless of whether it's private or health insurance...I'd like to thank you again for the success OP that allows me to continue to be there.

I was in cardiology for 5 days on January 24th. From the nice reception at the reception; I was pleasantly surprised by the reception on the ward. The nursing staff and doctors on the ward were nice and polite. Later in the operating room I was surrounded by helpful, friendly doctors. Specialists and doctors. The 5 days gave me the feeling that I was in very good hands. Whether doctors or nursing staff, professionally competent, ready to provide information; what was important was clarified; nevertheless, the human aspect was never forgotten. I used to work in hospitals myself or be a patient. In any case, I would at any time without hesitation put myself under the care of this hospital and the people there in the cardiology department. Thanks again from me and my wife.

My son had increased cardiac arrhythmias for several years and we were ultimately referred to the LdW Clinic on a recommendation. All contact with the heart center was consistently positive. We are endlessly grateful to the doctors after a successful ablation. It was explained in detail and the operating room nurses were also very sensitive and competent. The care on the ward can be improved in parts, many nurses are trying hard, but given the staffing ratio they are probably overloaded. In my opinion, the building is also in great need of renovation, apart from the modernized cardiac center. On the whole, however, the medical care and treatment at the heart center made up for this. A big thank you from the bottom of my heart! I would take the 500 km journey again at any time.

I spent 1 week on wards 23/22 after a heart attack in the LdW. I would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff on both wards for the very good care and support. There is a shortage of staff, but patients don't notice it. The only drawback is the meals. There is still a lot of room for improvement.

Even one star is still too many. No investigations could be carried out because... There was no negative Corona test. I was in the emergency room for 6 hours and an x-ray was taken. But I forgot to do the corona test and that's why there were supposedly no further tests. My arms were stabbed because they couldn't get access. The sister's statement was that it was cheaper material. I also tried 4 times with my bedmate. The closet on Station Juist was still dirty from my predecessor and my things were put in there against my will. In the bathroom there was a single hook underneath and blood stains on the floor. No cleaning staff in sight. You are treated very unkindly in the emergency room. I was asked several times whether I had additional insurance. They don't know whether they would have a room for me on the ward. After I received my doctor's note, I soon passed out. There were tests on it that were never carried out. I'll report this to my health insurance company!
