My brother, 28 years old, had extremely severe arm pain on his left side at night. The doctor from Marienhospital Arnsberg sent my brother home to take care of himself Introduce yourself to your family doctor. We were sent home after a few minutes my brother had to leave us. ::I never really judge, but I have to share this experience with the world. I have pain in my neck after a rear-end collision. My family doctor advised me to go to the ambulance for an X-ray. On Friday at 4:30 p.m. I was admitted and asked to wait as it might take a while. That's understandable, as it's not an acute emergency. In the waiting room there were 5 other people with more or less severe symptoms. Hey, the man who was bleeding heavily was at least taken in after 2 hours. Who knows how long before me he was there. It continued every hour and there was no response to inquiries in between. Treatment will be continued depending on the level of pain. The good lady, who simply hadn't made it to her family doctor since Monday, was still treated before the one with the presumably broken arm. Well, it doesn't hurt, a break like that. Or some sort of whiplash. End of song, after an unbelievable 6 hours of waiting I left untreated. I just couldn't take it anymore, sitting made it worse and mentally I was just exhausted. And then another comment from the sister, it wouldn't be her fault, she hasn't been there that long. In the meantime, no one was interested in the patients, no one responded, definitely my last "visit" to this hospital. No matter how great the pain, another trip to Soest is apparently worth it.
