  Stunned on the operating table when it was determined that there was no surgical cutlery. A hailstone was removed a few weeks ago. The surgery appointment I was told was messed up, after my documents were there, the surgery should be carried out with a delay of 2 hours. The anesthetic of the eye was very painful and when the doctor wanted to start operating it was found that there was no surgical cutlery. In my presence, calls were made throughout the hospital to find out if there were any Chalazin tongs anywhere. I was offered the opportunity to make a new appointment for the operation with another painful anesthetic. Of course I didn't want that. After hesitation, it was then proposed to sterilize the forceps and to carry out the operation after waiting for the sterilization. The actual operation went well, but it is indescribable how you feel as a patient in such a situation. Trust doesn't make it and I would never go back to this department.

  I was always in good hands felt in the preparation of my Op was very nice and friendly with me since I would like to award 6 stars !!! The whole I forgive only 5 stars is due to the waiting times but I would like to say thank you Daniel Mehlhorn
