::Emergency room was very helpful and accommodating. The nurses and nurses were very nice and helpful. I can't say anything negative, of course the building is older, but we'll have something new soon. I also really liked the campaign with the pieces of paper and gave one to a nurse.

::I imagine it would be very possible to sue this hospital for their absolutely negligent lack of basic care. My German mother-in-law was there for days, eating very little before doctors did anything about making sure she had an intravenous drip. This was one of many serious concerns. Minor ones included seemingly not brushing her teeth once over nearly a week. Luckily after some pressure from family she was finally transferred to a clinic in Freiburg, where the care helps to shine a light on just how BAD this clinic in Lörrach is. Avoid at all costs!

::i wait 3 hours for the doctor to tell me he doesn’t know, none of them speak english. horrible experience. ( mind you i came in the morning and asked specifically if anyone in there spoke english, they reassured me that the doctor spoke english, he didn’t. then they have the audacity to reject my insurance tell me he doesn’t know what is wrong with me, and proceeds to prescribe me the wrong medication and made me pay. this is crazy…

::No complaints about the medical service itself, but one waits for hours to be seen...even if bleeding! And the entrance and the cafe are disgustingly saturated with cigarette smoke. God forbid you enter without a mask, but to pollute everyone else's lungs with one's filthy cigarette smoke is totally OK in this place. Then they wonder, in the midst of this health duplicity, why so many people don't want to wear masks.
