::I had a very rapidly growing "fat cheek" and was treated for the first time in the emergency room of the MKG clinic late on a Sunday afternoon. This appointment was followed by 3 more within a week for follow-up care. After a total of 4 appointments, I can say that without exception all employees were super friendly and attentive: from reception and appointment scheduling to the treatments, which all went smoothly without exception - my questions were answered satisfactorily and I even had to wait 3 hours thanks to the appropriate advance warning Scheduling appointments is no problem. ::We had an appointment today at 10:00 a.m. with a bank transfer. After we asked after two hours of waiting, we were called. When we arrived in the consultation room, we were also allowed to wait 30 minutes because something was apparently missing (which wasn't actually a bad thing). We just wanted a second opinion. What really bothered us was that the assistant in front of us was biting her nails the whole time. Cheers meal if this lady treats people too. Definitely not recommended.

::Was now here for the second time for inpatient and outpatient treatment. The doctors, including Pro.Dr.Dr Hoffmann, as well as the entire nursing staff on the ward are always very friendly and helpful despite their stressful job. Great job! Many thanks also to Prof Hoffmann and his colleagues for the great professional work. I will probably have to have another operation, and I would probably have this done at the maxillofacial surgery.
