::I went to the ENT on-call service at the Leipzig University Hospital twice within a week. Once on Tuesday evening and once on Friday lunchtime. First of all, I have to say that the women at both registrations were very friendly and pleasant. The first doctor was fine. Not very personable, but okay and somewhat helpful. However, when I had to be on call again 3 days later because all practices were open from 11 a.m. on Friday and my ear infection was getting worse instead of better, I went to the worst doctor I had ever seen. Dr. Roger Fischer was extremely rude, condescending, anti-social and unprofessional. And just for no reason! I was so shocked by the subterranean tone during the entire short treatment by this doctor that I was speechless in the treatment room. No one has ever spoken to me like that. And that feeling stayed that way for the rest of the day. It had nothing to do with being stressed or in a bad mood. Simply deeply bad and choleric behavior. I don't want to be confronted with people like that in a clinic. You go there in an exceptional situation and with severe pain and are treated insultingly.

::From the day of pre-hospital admission to the day of discharge and the day of the operation, I can only say thank you. All the employees, from the nursing staff to the doctors, were friendly, open-minded and willing to give an answer to every question. Of course there are waiting times, but we are not sick and have time if we are sick. I can go to the ENT clinic and Only recommend the clinic.

::All the employees were very friendly. There was always someone available at the care base on the ward or someone came over quickly when the doorbell rang. The only drawback: after the operation, no one checked on you again, you either had to ring the bell or stop by the nursing staff. I would also have liked more information about what I can and cannot do after the operation and what I have to pay attention to. This was just a question and was not described in great detail.
