Try not to come here without an appointment. The doctors are nice and staff are okay (some are rude), but they are so slow to the point where it's not worth coming here. With an appointment, youll be waiting for at least an hour to be seen. Without an appt, probably 3-4 hours at least, even if you arrive here at the opening time. Priority is given to those with appt no matter what.

Useless services, wasting your time. I wonder what they are good for. My wife had an acute rash, she couldn't sleep and their judgement was that it is not an emergency situation, so they asked us to come back tomorrow. And didn't propose any medicine to calm down the rash. And we went straight to the Klinik in Biedersteiner Str. 29, 80802 München. They accepted us, gave medications and an appointment for hospitalisation.

unresponsible staffs. Two hours wasted, acception desk gave me a paper and told me to go to the room 11, and there were absolutely no one for two hours. Completely chaos and too much patients like me having no idea and wait for two or three hours

Good support and helping hands offered by the staff. If you are there without an appointment (for an OP visit) plan 4 - 5 hours for the whole process. Better reach the klinik between 7:30AM and 8AM. You have to take the token first and then.. wait.. wait.. and wait... First you have the registration process and then after you are called by the doctors.

They were very polite and friendly. I was positively impressed. The waiting time is between 3-5 hours maybe more. So bring food! The waiting room is very cold. The doctor was kind, took the time and explained everything very carefully. 5 stars for great service although make sure you have all morning free. I arrived at 7.30 and left at 12
