::Our mother was inpatient at this clinic for a week, when I visited you on Saturdays, I had previously had myself tested for Corona in a test center, you didn't want to see this test on Saturdays, showing the Covpass app was sufficient when I went back on Sunday I suddenly had to have a test, very strange on Saturdays and Sundays like that! She lay alone in your room 24/7. On Saturdays lunch was still in the room (cold) and the coffee in the beak cup was also cold! When I spoke to my sister on the TV / radio, she assured me that she would bring me headphones in the evening, on Sundays the screen was dismantled, so our mother looked at the ceiling and walls 24/7, very sad. Despite several attempts, we only had contact with a doctor by phone once, all the other attempts to find out something went into void because no one could / wanted to give you information, on our own request we then found out that she would be released on Tuesdays and that the ambulance would be ordered at 9 a.m. after she was still not at home 4 hours later, we called again, they could have informed us here, too, we did not receive the T-shirt in which she was admitted. If, as a patient, one is dependent on help with eating and drinking, one is, so to speak, lost. The communication was anything but good and we are glad that our mother is now back home.

::The deadline for appointments at sleep laboratories is long everywhere, and the clinic cannot help it. Treatment / care is top, friendly clinic staff in all areas.

::Father is currently still in it, and is really fraught with some construction sites. Relocated from Mannheim after 8 weeks ... nothing better could have happened to him. All I can say is pot nurses and team of doctors, with their hearts in the right place ... super competent and always open to questions. I have the direct comparison and I am really grateful!
