::I was in the clinic for knee surgery. The doctor recommended that I spend an overnight stay there and I'm very glad that I did. After the operation I was in a lot of pain and had to deal with the side effects of the anesthesia, but the nurses and carers were very friendly, caring and helpful. They constantly checked on us in the room, helped and asked for drinks and painkillers - I would probably be at home completely desperate. I felt very well looked after. I think the price for the overnight stay (unfortunately the health insurance doesn't pay €60) is absolutely fine for this level of care and attention. The only need for optimization: Personally, I've never had an operation before and was a bit overwhelmed by the whole process. I would have liked someone to pick me up more and for someone to explain to me what was actually happening during the day. It was also said that I would get to know the operating doctor; But I never saw this one, which I thought was a bit of a shame. However, the doctor who treated me seemed very competent and nice. Overall, I can definitely recommend this clinic.

::Unfortunately I was negatively surprised. Poor care after the operation, nurses only came when you rang, drinks were only refilled when asked! Some of the sisters were very rude, not to say outrageously rude. Praise to the night nurse, she was very attentive and often looked into the room without ringing the bell, as she should. No aids negotiated, strong smell of urine in the toilet. It is described as having the character of a hotel... 3-bed room, which is not mentioned, but in my opinion has nothing to do with the character of a hotel. Since I have a nursing background myself, I expect good care, especially immediately after an operation, and well-kept rooms/toilets. After all, you also have to pay €60 for an overnight stay yourself. Luckily I at least had a good doctor!

::Spent one night there. The sisters are all very helpful and check in regularly. The rooms are simple but functional. I can't say anything against the service, I was always asked for drinks. Was a good thing.

::After 8 hours without food you are given a pretzel stick. Refill water on request. Bad care.
