  We have had very good experiences and in a few weeks we will be able to hold our twins in our arms. Yes, the waiting times are significantly longer than they were at Prof. Kleinstein's, and the office hours are different. But you have the waiting times in other clinics and doctors too. In reproductive medicine I have always met open ears and never had the feeling that I was being turned away or something like that.

  Here you need a thick skin and stamina (long waiting time). The ladies at the front desk quickly get perky, swarm quickly on the phone, give false information or do not pass on information. The boss puts her statements as it fits, today like this and tomorrow like that. In the treatment room, others are more important, then you are pushed back into the hall to wait. Doctor with the wrong smile is definitely not stress-resistant.

  Women's bodies have to function like machines here. If you ovulate on a weekend, you are unlucky, no matter how many hormones you have injected into yourself or how much money you have already spent.

  If you want to know you are in good hands in an emergency, you are clearly WRONG here !!!!! Acute emergencies are ignored. My wife waited with severe pain !!! 4 !!! Hours. Laughs are answered on request. Stay away from this dirty shop !!!
