::I had a burnout in December 2019. Outpatient therapists recommended that I take some time off from work because it took time to regenerate. The plan was called self-care. After 4 months on sick leave and sudden deterioration in my condition, I was admitted to the Psychosomatic ward in Celler Strasse. A treatment period of 6-8 weeks is usually planned for long illnesses. Despite the unfavorable corona dressings, the therapy was a complete success. After only 17 days I was able to leave the clinic and have been able to work again since then. Previous reintegration attempts failed. The staff was very competent and always friendly. The therapy program was also very good. Different programs were on the schedule every day. Among other things, morning exercise, daily occupational therapy, PMR, relaxation therapy and other individually tailored therapies. Once a week you had an appointment with a psychologist. My ideas of just being kept and not seeing the family for a long time have not come true. I could go home for some time every day. After the program, of course. I can only recommend this station to everyone. It has brought me an incredible amount. Often you are safer than other therapies.
