  I got 5 wisdom teeth out. Contrary to other reviews (to my surprise), the staff were very friendly and, in my opinion, showed a high level of competence. I would especially like to give a big shout out to the specialist in the recovery room with an Eastern European accent and shorter hair. I have rarely, if ever, met such a warm, friendly and competent employee. The doctor who operated on me was also very friendly and competent, as were the operating room staff. Thanks! :) Since I deal with customers professionally, I know that some people approach you very unfriendly and disrespectfully right from the start. In my opinion, people shouldn't complain. Because of this, I really can't understand some of the negative reviews here. Be kind to people and you will get it back. :)

  Rude and unprofessional! First of all: Unfortunately you have to give one star, otherwise this rating would not be possible. I tried to reach the practice by phone probably 30 times, but always without success. There has been no response to my email from three months ago. That's why I drove by in person today. But the bad impression was only confirmed. The ladies at reception have no empathy and are therefore unsuitable for their job. An older woman was at least friendly at first sight. But as soon as she no longer had customer contact, she put on her true colors. Her colleague was very grumpy from the start. In front of me stood an older man who came to the practice without an appointment. The ladies sent him away and as soon as he disappeared around the corner they started gossiping about him in front of me as a new patient. A doctor's assistant joined the conversation and also started blaspheming the Lord. All three agreed that they wanted to let him go last and sit in the waiting room for a long time. Personally, I just wanted to make an appointment to discuss a preliminary operation, but was promptly referred to the consultation hours in two months. There is nothing positive to say about the practice. It seems very clinical and stiry. Patients should not sit in the waiting room, but rather wait in the hallway in front of the door. I will now have my surgery done somewhere else. It's a disgrace that patients in an emergency situation are treated like this!

  My 5 year old daughter was treated there, I wasn't allowed to be there when the anesthesia was given, I heard the screams in the waiting room, it was like horror for me, in short, it's definitely great for adults, but not at all for small children. I would advise all parents not to have anxious children, especially because no sedative is given, but rather an access is made in the absence of the parents and then put to sleep via the vein.

  Actually I would give zero stars if possible. We were referred to the practice by a specialist with our 2-year-old child on an emergency basis. Unfortunately, despite fever, severe pain and swelling in the jaw as well as an abscess, we were relegated to the next morning. Despite the doctor's efforts, the reception staff refused to treat my daughter as an emergency that evening and the next morning. That Friday morning they even wanted to postpone it until Wednesday and send us home with the sick child. That's why I would advise you to avoid this medical center in case of emergencies, as no help is offered.

  My daughter is very satisfied so far. After an accident as a child, she was treated here by Dr. Dittmann operates. The ladies in the operating room calmed you down before the procedure and you were even allowed to bring your own music with you to the operation. The first result is very satisfactory, now a small correction is made. The team is very friendly, Dr. Dittmann takes enough time and explains the upcoming processes very precisely and understandably. So far everything is good.
