::I was there today, the nurses were nice and patient with me. They quickly realized I was excited. I wanted a mild sedative. It made me tired very quickly, I had a companion with me. Then it was my turn and two medical assistants showed me in. They were very polite and compassionate. One of the ladies spoke to me over the headphones, asked if everything was okay and said the time in between. The sedative made me very calm and when I was told that I had made it and that they would now pull me out, I would have liked to sleep for another 15 minutes. I think it's great how the employees are with the patients, that they take the time to notice people and their fears. Thank you to those who do their work so empathetically. I always come back to you!

::We got an appointment very quickly via 116117, thank you again for that and took a 95 km drive, but it was worth it. Very, very nice staff and a very nice doctor who explained things well to us. Sometimes it's worth driving and it's better than waiting. Thank you again

::Today, June 15, 2023, I was at the Dr. Hancken clinic in Lilienthal. What can I say. Simply great, perfect. I'm a patient with anxiety and was nervous about the tube. First I got a tablet from a very nice lady and when I got there after a short wait there were 3 very nice ladies who looked after me very well and allayed my fear of the tube. I've had an MRI 6-7 times but this time it was perfect for me. The consultation with the doctor afterwards was new to me but extremely interesting. I would give this Dr. Hancken clinic 5 stars. I would love to come back and will recommend you. 👍👍👍👍👍

::I was super satisfied. The nurses were so nice and sweet that I felt as good as possible despite my fear during the MRI! And the consultation with the doctor afterwards was also very pleasant. You don't get a doctor's appointment after every MRI appointment, which I thought was great! The waiting time for the MRI was about 45 minutes, but you also have to remember that it is a hospital and there will definitely be other patients being served.

::I didn't find my stay in the practice very successful. The medical assistants at the registration desk were visibly annoyed by the volume of patients. The appointment was at 9:30 a.m. The examination wasn't until around 11 a.m. and at 11:30 I was still waiting to see the doctor. Despite the appointment, this clearly took too long. The doctor was very nice and interested. A contrast medium was used during the examination, which didn't inspire me with the side effects...
