::My mother feels comfortable here, the room with a view is nice, and the park is not far for a walk. The therapies help her and there is only one not-so-friendly sister. In addition, the do not disturb sign on the door is not always respected and relatives' concerns about health are not taken seriously.

::I am NOT a private patient and have consciously chosen this clinic again. I received very good help here twice! THERAPIES: The fact that there are still a number of individual therapies here is a huge, invaluable plus. The therapists are very well trained, approachable and friendly, even though they are under 20-minute time stress. OWN INITIATIVE: Of course you should also do something yourself, Use the break and evening times, for example, for the gym, for swimming, for a walk in the beautiful clinic garden or in the spa park or even to put your feet up. DOCTORS: My experienced admission doctor examined me very thoroughly and even addressed my asthma, even though I was here for an orthopedic treatment. My equally experienced doctor took enough time and gave me tips for the time after rehab. STAFF: The nurses are all friendly and helpful, as are the rest of the staff. TO SWIM: The large, warm, clean swimming pool is another plus point. It's open until 9 p.m. EAT: The breakfast is balanced with additional fruit, flax seeds, oatmeal...boiled eggs and croissants are available once a week. At lunchtime there is always an excellent starter soup and a varied salad buffet. The main courses didn't repeat themselves once in 4 weeks. There is 1 vegetarian and 1 non-vegetarian food. I find it sufficient. Dinner is a bit boring, you could spice it up a bit with salads or carrots etc. ROOM: Of course, some things are getting old and need to be replaced - a walk-in shower, for example, would be helpful for many - you could also replace the carpets in the rooms with a new covering. The rooms themselves are large enough with a good TV - but you have to pay separately. WHAT IS MISSING: What's missing is a social space, maybe also a craft offer and definitely good seating in the library. The existing ones look comfortable, but unfortunately they are unsuitable for the hips and back. TIGHT BUDGET: I know that the clinics have to make do with a very, very tight budget that has to be used to pay for EVERYTHING. And so I think it's great that so much is still invested in individual therapies and in a *4-course menu* and the maintenance of the swimming pool..... CONCLUSION: This clinic is a rare gem and I would prefer this clinic again at any time! People who are upset about something can see if they can find something better for them elsewhere.

::Where should I start? The reception was friendly, the elevators were actually always too full. When I got to the room, my second look was at the bathroom. Entrance into the shower is much too high for knee and hip patients. In general, the bathroom urgently needed a renovation. The size of the room was completely sufficient. Nice TV, but you have to pay too much to use it at 2.50 euros a day. Likewise the WiFi. Maybe it would be a service to the patient not to charge for something like that. My doctor was very friendly and thorough with the initial examination. Too much or too little therapy...that's debatable. I was happy that I didn't have to abuse my knee every day. Lectures about Bad Homburg are unnecessary and don't help my knee. The social worker, Ms. Dagli, was very nice and accommodating. The service in the dining room was mostly friendly and willing to fulfill special requests. It would be nice if you didn't just wait in a corner for new guests, but also let your eyes wander to see that there are already patients sitting there who also want to eat. Something like that tends to mess up the therapy plan. This is sometimes very tightly knit, so you have to decide whether you want to eat or prefer to go to the treatment. General hygiene still needs to be worked on. If you have to call the cleaning team back to vacuum, that's not so great. The food was good. Not always my taste, but if necessary there is still Lieferando. My therapists were consistently good. Unfortunately I had to go home 3 days early because I was infected with corona. Maybe it would be good if we know of cases to limit elevators for more than 2 people. And masks are required in the elevators. All in all, my rehab was ok, but I would like to try a different clinic next time.

::Chose this place mainly because top ranked by Focus magazine. What a disappointment. This center is Not of international standards. If you are paying on your own for services, consider finding another rehab place. Provincial mindset, lacks customer service, disorganized, food sucks, considering they have nutrition department, some personnel professional others shockingly rude, rehab treatments not individualized, physician evals minimal. Focus magazine should perhaps reconsider their rating. The silver lining is Bad Homburg is a beautiful area.
