    Our cat has torn himself apart. He was cared for quickly and competently. Not a long waiting time despite the announced waiting time. Definite recommendation! Thanks for your work!

    Our little cat unexpectedly suddenly felt very bad and after several phone calls we came across this practice. We got an appointment very quickly on the same day and it was explained to us transparently over the phone that new patients have to pay their bills in cash, which is completely understandable to me. We have now been to Dr. Dr. several times within a very short space of time. Elvers and your practice. You and your team examined our cat really carefully and well and took the right steps so that he was feeling better after just a few days. We always felt very comfortable because Dr. Elvers explained everything to us in great detail and was always able to answer questions well and precisely. After the treatments, we decided to change our veterinarian and are now Ms. Elver's patients. I recommend every cat owner to see Ms. Elvers if any incidents occur. And everyone should have a little cash in their pocket, regardless of the practice's understandable advance payment requirement. Anyone who complains about the supposedly high prices here has apparently not yet been to the TiHo, which expects ALL COSTS to be paid in advance. Thanks.

    Great practice! If a veterinarian then Ms. Dr. Elvers! Even though it is always very tiring for our two cats, we like to drive about 60km to this practice. Why not a practice nearby? Very easy: - our animals and we were so warmly welcomed that you quickly lose your fear. - The cats were immediately given a towel with a calming scent so that the cats could slowly get used to it - the veterinary assistant was very nice and sensitive - Miss Dr. Elvers was very gentle with our animals, especially our Carla, who is very anxious, but thanks to the careful and calm examination she was also bearable, so she confirmed it with her purring. - Miss Dr. Elvers calmly explained to us what Carla was suffering from. She explained the medication to us and gave us additional information on how to deal with the disease. I am shocked by the reviews written here. There are waiting times everywhere, whether at the checkout at Rewe, at the family doctor or at the traffic lights. Everyone wants the best treatment for their animal, and that includes waiting! We were also asked to pay in cash over the phone as we are now existing clients and can also pay by invoice. And that's completely okay! We are far from living in a time where you can afford to finance your life without cash. We recommend this practice 100% and are very grateful to the entire team for their help and support for our sick cat! Always 5 stars!!

    Worst vet I've ever been to! We took our cat to Ms. Elvers' practice because our regular vet was already closed. When we explained what it was on the phone, we were told that the treatment costs would be around 120-150 euros and that we would have to bring the money in cash because the card reader wouldn't work. When I read the other reviews here, I notice that it hasn't “worked” for years. Since we pay by card, we had to go to a bank in advance to withdraw 150 euros, despite our sick pet. On site, Ms. Elvers said our cat had no gloves!!! very roughly and knew immediately that we would now have to carry out further treatments, which would cost around 250 euros. I asked for an invoice, which I then wanted to transfer because we didn't have enough cash with us. This was immediately rejected and said “cash only” and “immediately”. They kept our cat there and we had to go to the bank again. This time, as a precaution, we withdrew another 250 euros and had a total of 400 euros in cash. We didn't know whether the prices would change again. Luckily we took off more than expected! In the end it was 280 euros for an X-ray and blood tests. After the x-ray was done, we were called into a room where the scan was explained to us in technical terms. Ms. Elvers spoke extremely loudly and very quickly and used a lot of technical terms. A job as a sergeant would be more appropriate given the tone and manner of speaking. I had the feeling that questions were answered with annoyance and that they wanted us out as quickly as possible. Given that we spontaneously got rid of almost 300 euros there, I would have liked a little more clarification. We could have saved ourselves the whole thing completely, as the investigation only revealed assumptions. We should submit another urine sample. But we will definitely submit this to another veterinarian. We found our stay there very unpleasant. People come there because their beloved pets are at stake and this sensitive issue should be handled accordingly. However, we had the feeling that they were doing as much as possible to the animal there in order to make even more profit and that our cat was not in good hands there. You definitely can't expect a smile, friendliness or fair prices there! Now that I read the other negative reviews, I immediately feel guilty about bringing my animal to this practice.

    It's really, really bad what we had to experience here!! Since our cat was doing very poorly after a short but severe illness, we had to decide to have him put down. Since this practice is around the corner from us and we wanted to save our animal a drive to our vet in the city center, my husband called and asked if he could come. They said he could come straight away and would get his turn without waiting. The fact was that he stood in the cold in front of a locked door for ages until finally, after a long ringing and knocking on the door, another pet owner who was sitting in the waiting room finally opened it. When the time came and our animal received the first injection, my husband had to go back into the waiting room with our animal and wait until the next injections followed. After the anesthetic injection, our darling had to vomit and the situation is still so absurd in hindsight. You can't have that little empathy??? My husband felt very bad because, in addition to letting our hangover go, he also had to endure the absolutely inappropriate situation in the waiting room. That was the first and last time we set foot in the door of this practice!!!
