  Doesn't work at all!!! I have never been served so unfriendly and listless. I always liked the teahouse. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. But last Saturday 10/29/22 the saleswoman apparently got off on the wrong foot. No matter who came in, he/she was neither greeted nor said goodbye. Customers were greeted with an unfriendly look. And then I also dare to seek advice. After rolling my eyes, I received my unkind advice. I noticed this last year just before Christmas. I also thought, OK, bad day. But the arrogance that was shown to me on Saturday no longer has anything to do with a bad day. Very unfortunate. I support local, small businesses in every way, but now I will be buying my tea from a different company. And, if you small shops want us customers to buy from you, even if it is more expensive, then do something about it. A little smile is enough.

  I wanted to get my package It says on the internet they are open until 8 p.m. then I was there at 6:30 p.m. and there was a notice saying they were open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. but it was closed. Disgrace!!

  Thanks to the Little Tea House, I have become an absolute tea fan!! There are a wide variety of teas from all over the world and there is something for every taste... the service and advice are excellent (with one exception)! You can take your time and try... 👍😊🍵
