  Hello) I come from Ukraine and don't speak German yet. I will try to write everything correctly.) I am very grateful to this dentistry. My daughter is 4 years old. She suffered from toothache for two weeks and took Nurofen; She couldn't sleep for three nights. After calling almost 20 dentists, this was the only one who treated us very quickly. When others announced the conditions for December, January, etc. In this clinic there is an examination today and treatment under anesthesia tomorrow. Everything worked out great. Very nice and attentive staff. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful and friendly. We were treated with great understanding and attention. I can recommend this clinic to your children with a clear conscience. Thank you for your help for my daughter.🫶

  Best children's dentist! I was thrilled every time, but even more so today. My little daughter (5 years old) broke a milk tooth on Friday and we got an appointment for a check-up very quickly. The treatment was super sensitive, calm and loving. The tooth had to be extracted, which meant it had to be anesthetized and the calmness of both the doctor and the doctor's assistant definitely rubbed off on my daughter! The treatment was completed very quickly and everyone is happy! Really great practice!! Keep it up!

  Have been there for 4-5 years. At the beginning it was great and the doctor took a lot of time and was very sensitive. As others have been reporting a catastrophe for a year. Appointments are constantly being postponed at short notice, the children are always given new doctors and friendliness is now a foreign word there. Recently I was sent home with one of them because she was supposed to take painkillers before the sealing. Why wasn't that said before? I always only drive 30 minutes. From the file, the doctor had no idea what had been done beforehand. A pediatric dentist specifically picked it out. Unfortunately not recommended. We were definitely there for the last time. Plus 86 euros for a child's teeth cleaning.

  2 stars for scheduling appointments and flexibility. The rooms and location are also great. BUT(!) what it should actually be about are children, their teeth and health. We came a long way from abroad because I HAD more trust in German doctors. Unfortunately this was very disappointing. My daughter (3 years old) needed tooth decay treatment. General anesthesia was recommended to me straight away, but when I refused (because I was very aware of the risks and couldn't understand why my child needed general anesthesia to treat caries), my daughter was initially treated without anesthesia. The first dentist was even more patient, but at the second appointment we unfortunately had a pseudo-friendly and very impatient dentist for treatment. This was anything but kid-friendly! My daughter and I were shocked and completely exhausted after the treatment. And no, it wasn't because we decided against anesthesia, but rather because of the way the treatment went. Now it is completely clear to me what anesthesia is used for here. To spare the doctors' nerves and to line their own pockets. Sad that they are taking the risk of putting small children under general anesthesia so that they can work “quietly”, quickly and efficiently (for themselves).

  A super great dental practice, modern, clean and technically at a high level. The whole team is simply great and top-notch. Employees are friendly and treat the children GREAT. Our children feel very comfortable and enjoy going there. Simply TOP and highly recommended. To the entire practice team, keep it up, you are simply great. I can't understand the bad reviews, they're a mystery to me.
