Mama eines Besonderen Prinzen
::Hello, I'm little Finnley's mom. Finnley is 100% severely disabled, both physically and mentally. He has care level 5 and can't do anything on his own. We often visit you at Helios Klinikum Erfurt and are very satisfied. However, there is one thing that we think urgently needs to be improved. Your hospital should finally have children's care beds for special children like Finnley. He always has to lie in a baby/toddler crib with you, which is actually too small. But the normal bed with built-in fall protection is too dangerous for him as there is still a risk that he will fall out. This would be a really great thing if you could change this in the near future. Otherwise a top clinic and wonderful nurses and doctors.

::Last year I gave birth to a baby girl weighing 1200g at the Helios Clinic in Erfurt. I would like to thank all the NEOs from the bottom of my heart for taking such loving care of my little girl. You are angels to the little ones, thank you for being patient with the little girl, thank you for the encouragement. You're so good at what you do. Thank you for the care and love with which you treated my little girl. Now my little girl is big and healthy. (16 months) YOU ARE WONDERFUL, God works through you ❤️🙏

::We felt taken seriously and in safe hands at all times. We were always made to feel like we wanted the best for our son. A very special thank you goes to Dr. Matthias Cremer!!! Our son is absolutely thrilled with him and is always happy to see him in the clinic. But all the other doctors on ward KID 1 are all very friendly, open and offer their help at any time. A huge thank you for that. Not to forget the sisters, who also looked after our son and us as parents very compassionately and self-sacrificingly. We felt warmly welcome at all times. We were also very excited that the children were taught individually on the ward without missing out on school. I didn't know that until then, but it really impressed me. My son got along very well with the teacher (Mrs. Nähter). I think that's how it should be if you come with a sick child (or like in our case - without an exact diagnosis). We visited the clinic with our son years ago. At that time I was less enthusiastic and initially didn't want to go there again. But a lot has changed.

::Completely convinced of neonatology! All of my colleagues and doctors there did everything they could to get my brother (a premature baby weighing 800g) to grow up. He left the clinic after almost 2 months weighing 2000g! He is now strong, “big” and has no damage. (Meanwhile 10 months old). I am also pleased that the clinic is committed to the day of premature babies and had the FMK center illuminated in the color purple due to Corona. I would like to thank the clinic and especially Neo for helping my brother so much and, above all, for being there for my parents during this time. THANKS!

::We felt very well looked after at station 33. With the doctors and the nurses and of course not forgetting nurse Aron 😊 we have built a special bond with Dr Sauerbrey. She enjoys our complete trust. Thank you very much for your great work!
