::Really a very unpleasant experience. For a telephone consultation request I call this office yesterday. I was informed by phone that I would please send an email with the facts and that the consultation can then take place by phone. So I sit down and describe the matter and send it immediately by email with an urgency message. A day later I call them again and ask for the consultation. I am now informed that the lawyer has not yet decided whether or not to give you advice. This is not how customer / client orientation works. But apparently this law firm doesn't need it! Pity!
