  This is the worst clinic there is. Overcrowded, no space in the wards. They are accepting more and more patients, even though they are completely overloaded. And you are pushed into a room that is not designed for 4 people. I was lying under coat hooks and I was supposed to put the clothes in the shared living room (where I first had a panic attack). I wanted to be in a room where I had already made friends with the girls. We would have shared the closet. Didn't work. Statement: "It's only a two-bed room, so I don't have an emergency button. Ah, and now I'm lying under a coat rack." The nurse then had no excuse. And since I won't compromise, I should leave the clinic and come back at a later date. Never. Conclusion: they simply let me go in my condition. And afterwards I felt worse than before. The station was so crowded that we had to eat in two shifts. Not good approaches for patients with depression and anxiety. Then why the waiting list? If I could, I would prefer not to give a star. It's all about money and not about health.

  5 stars because I think my rating is lost. The people there are pumped full of medication and become disabled from it. The staff are very disrespectful and outrageous. There are no therapy sessions as they usually only last 30 minutes to 45 minutes. And the people who are there and have been slapped with a 63 and are just trying to avoid jail until they get their cell phones and drugs in there tomorrow - they also call it spice.

  Anyone who reads the reviews here will notice that the bad reviews are particularly often related to the A10 station. This is no coincidence, because these reviews reflect exactly what I and some people in my circle of friends experienced at this station. It's really bottomless. 30 minutes of therapy per week (if things go well) are an absolute joke. It is difficult to find appropriate words for the senior doctor. Given the sum of my own experiences and those that I have heard from other patients, the question simply arises as to how it is possible that this woman is still allowed to practice. You are also often treated badly by nursing staff, although there are exceptions. In crisis situations such as panic attacks, you are given the feeling that you should get yourself under control immediately because you are simply being a nuisance. Many nurses simply don't seem to want to deal with patients' problems, are completely cold and don't take you seriously when you're in an absolutely vulnerable state. Organizationally, the whole thing leaves a lot to be desired. To everyone who has been on the A10 and had similar experiences: I believe you when you tell us about it. It's true. You are not the problem. To everyone who is still coming on the A10: it's better not to unpack your suitcase, but go straight home.
