  Very helpful staff but the hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Not very many options around to enjoy a cold Germany beer.

  This hotel is a reputable place according to what I was told. The décoration is a bit extravagant but I guess that it is a deliberated choice. Everything went fine during my stay except that the sink was clogged, it is not easy to see on the picture but it was. I agree that it is difficult to believe for an hotel of this class. Giving it two stars may be too much! The breakfast was good but too expensive.

  Found the air a bit stuffy at times, but air condition at 17c during the night in March made it ok. You get a free bottle in the room for the first day of your stay. The mini bar fridge is disabled (no electricity). Fairly large rooms and bath room. Seems to be a mark in the room ceiling for direction Mekka. There's a shallow roof top swimming pool with a view of the Rhine. EUR3 city tax per person per night, a bit limited parking space outside - but possible free parking after 18:00 and on weekends. You can also pay for garage parking. Very close to Rhine river.

  Very poor service and quality. Room they gave me was defect (light didn´t turn off) and they moved me to a worse room without any compensation. No one even asked to help me move my stuff from one room to the other. On top of that, whole Process took about 1h in the middle of the night because reception was not responsive/ available. Hairdryer and plug of the new room also were defect. I highly recommend Marriott or Hilton instead. These hotels are also not perfect but they at least give you the feeling to care about the well being of their guests
