  Ms. Junghans helped us a lot with her lovely message, her true sympathy and the beautifully designed and personalized urn in the difficult time, the loss of our beloved dog Vaia. Everything was shipped quickly and was packed very securely. Simply great and can only be recommended.

  After a difficult fate we had to make a decision. It was clear to us that we would like to have our fur nose with us! I can now say from my own experience that it was the right decision! Since I still had a few questions, I called directly and was given a very warm welcome and received really nice advice. I can 100% recommend it!

  Anyone who loses their beloved fur nose is in the best of hands with Junghans. The urns with personalized writing are very beautiful and arrive very well and safely packed at the addressee. In addition, I received a few personal lines and a nice bracelet from Ms. Junghans. A very loving and sensitive approach to the customer. I can only recommend.

  Lovely communication. Genuinely cared. great customer service. The urn was custom painted and was a special memorial piece for my sadly missed rabbit.
