I had the opportunity to visit Junge Bakery today and would like to share my experience. The atmosphere was quite lively, probably due to the large crowds. What is positive is that we still found a place despite the many customers. However, the high number of people was probably also the reason why cutlery was no longer available at times. I would have liked supplies to be provided more quickly in such moments. The exceptional service deserves special praise when the waitress kindly offered to mix the cocoa powder directly into my cocoa. I was particularly impressed and positively surprised by this service, which I believe is not standard. It was a small but meaningful gesture that significantly enhanced my experience there. The large chocolate whole milk cocoa for EUR 4.69 tasted excellent, the cream was particularly enjoyable and stood out positively. One point that needs improvement is the cleanliness of dishes, trays and tables. I understand that this can be a challenge when there is a high volume of customers, but it is still an aspect that plays an important role in the overall experience. Perhaps an increase in staff during peak times could help here. On the subject of sugar and accompaniments: It was a shame that there was no brown sugar available and that there was no biscuit with the cappuccino, as I am used to from other bakeries. These small details can complete the coffee experience. Finally, I would like to emphasize once again the excellent service. My request for the best quality and service was taken seriously and fulfilled. Despite the criticisms mentioned, my visit was a positive experience thanks to the dedicated staff.

I've always had good food here. After all, every branch is the same, but unfortunately the conditions (here too) leave something to be desired. Anyone can have a bad day, and in the end I got my roll, the question is how? The saleswoman, a young woman with long dark hair, well-groomed, but apparently annoyed and stressed that day, when I asked for a bag of mixed rolls to bake, she said she only had a few of them. I pointed out to her that there were just 2 bags on the shelf if they could mix and I would take one of them. (I only need 6 and not 12 rolls) Visibly annoyed, he gestured that most customers wouldn't buy in that form. I said I was also a customer and if possible, I would like to have it. Can you do it now? YES, I SAID I'D DO THAT, BUT PUT THE BOTH BAG BACK ON THE SHELF! and suddenly she had the rolls at the back of the warehouse that I had wanted from the beginning. I thought briefly about how I should react. I took a deep breath, gave her a smile, left a tip and wished her a quick end of work...she even got nice. Why am I giving 2 stars now? Because unfortunately I'm experiencing or observing something like this more and more often in various branches at the moment. Please find joy in work again.

A boy had scrambled eggs with bacon. The egg was okay so far, it was just warmed up in the oven and the bacon was like that, it wasn't to my taste. The coffee crema tasted delicious and wasn't that strong. The spelled roll that came with it was delicious. Not so dry with butter either, very good. The service was very friendly and helpful. The price of over €10 wasn't exactly cheap.

Freshtea is just expensive ice cubes. Ordered 3dl cup but only received approx. 1dl drink. After 3 sips, 3/4 ice remained. When I asked the employees about the small amount of tea, I was told that the amount of ice was set by the management and that there was nothing they could do about it. A pity. A no go for me!
