::A young blonde service worker complains loudly about a colleague. About their work ethic and Saturday work and she can't do that and that's what she does. Holding her cell phone in her hand and reading everything to someone else. THIS IS INAPPROPRIATE SO LOUD IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!!!

::Saturday (February 3rd, 2024) we were able to enjoy coffee and cake with you. Unfortunately we got our coffee in paper cups, no dishes were said. If the returned dishes pile up in the stations, I unfortunately have no understanding of the situation given the prices, there were enough staff behind the counter. It's a shame since we don't like cafe to go. Hopefully next time will be better. Given the prices quoted, we expect a little more service. 😐😐😐

::I wanted a cappuccino and a latte macchiato, both with oat milk. First I got a cappuccino with cow's milk and then, after a tip, both drinks were prepared with the colleague who rushed to help. Unfortunately, there were simply two cappuccinos with slightly different quantities and I didn't feel like having that corrected. Unfortunately, it wasn't clear to me how the price came about. I find €8.88 for two medium coffees that were only 2/3 full to be too expensive. Unfortunately, I personally don't like the coffee, but that doesn't have to be the case for everyone. As I was leaving I saw the ice cream parlor across the street. The portafilter machine there may be better than the fully automatic one here. Maybe this will relieve the strain on the employees who seem very stressed here.
