  I was amazed to find out physically that tension had accumulated in quite different places than I originally thought. Thanks to Judith I have been able to perceive more consciously, how much physical and emotional sensitivities are linked and what I can do in small steps to influence it myself. At the same time she surprised me session by session with new ideas for me, where one could start doing.
