  I dropped in during their Black Friday sale while visiting Dortmund for the Christmas market. I'd always wanted a Jack Wolfskin coat, so I was thrilled to see they were having a sale. The shopkeeper was very friendly and helpful, guiding me right to the coat that matched my wishes perfectly. In ten minutes, I had made up my mind and was removing the tags from my new parka before walking back out into the cold evening. I haven't had the coat that long yet, but it's already the best one I've had yet. It's very warm, keeps out the wind perfectly, and had kept me dry through torrential downpours (I live in the Netherlands, so getting a chance to test the water-proofing didn't take long).

  Ein sehr sympathischer Laden. Eine Beratung wurde angeboten aber nicht aufgedrängt. Als ich das Angebot angenommen habe wurde zu allen Fragen höflich und kompetent Auskunft gegeben. Es wurden Alternativen aufgezeigt und auch der Gang ins Lager wegen alternativer Größen würde gern erledigt. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und habe gern dort eingekauft. Fünf Sterne sind eine verdiente Bewertung. Vielen Dank. :-)
