  Best budget option with perfect location adjacent to Mannheim Hbf train station - 25 minutes to/from Frankfurt airport. Great rooms in immaculate condition.

  Overall a very nice hotel with a great view over the train station of Mannheim, which looks quite nice especially at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our late evening check-in due to a train conductor strike. The only minor issues I had was the very low water pressure (shower take forever to get warm) due to being at the top floor and the fact that my room was right behind the elevator shafts, which cost me quite a bit of sleep due to the constant, irregular noise.

  Scared of heights thanks for the 10th floor experience. A lot of Rail alterations going woke during the passionate note of sleep. Breakfast was.ok . Back to England where the grass is green and life is for the living. J out

  Positives: The staff are very polite and helpful, the room is clean, it has great air conditioning and the windows completely block any sound coming from the tram station nearby. This hotel is very great value for short trips. Negatives: The Ironing service can definitely be improved. It's an 11 story hotel with only a few Iron/Ironing tables and they literally gave me the devices in the last minutes before I had to leave, even though the staff are very helpful and it wasn't their fault at all. It would have been better if they had an ironing room instead so that people could use it and leave rather than holding the devices hostage in their own room. The drain in the shower was also slow and needed unblocking. The breakfast was also mediocre specially for its price.

  Very nice hotel with a great location right beside the Mannheim Hauptbahnhof. The rooms are spacious and very clean with a very nice toilet and very good air conditioning. Staff are very friendly and helpful and willing to support all the time. The location is also right beside the local tram station which can take you everywhere in Mannheim and even to the neighbouring Heidelberg.
