::I wanted to make an appointment for my grandma at the MVZ in Ilmenau. The lady at the registration desk is such a rude and unfriendly person, nothing like that has ever happened to me. And looked at me so evilly and what I want here is to make an appointment for someone else. I would never go there again. Unfortunately only 1 star goes for publication, but 0 stars is appropriate.

::Unfortunately, my son (8) had to be hospitalized and treated about 2.5 weeks ago. It's the FIRST TIME that I was endlessly grateful and satisfied with the entire staff in a hospital! (I have three sons and unfortunately we have often had negative experiences elsewhere). Even though there was a lot to do, EVERYONE was very friendly, helpful and very sensitive! I would like to say THANK YOU again! You do your work wonderfully and with a lot of love! ✨️🙌✨️

::I'm currently in the emergency room in Arnstadt due to severe pain in my arm and numbness. The nurse at reception treated me like a third-class person. Very unfriendly wanted to send me away, because of them I have to wake up the doctor, it wouldn't be their job to help me, you can listen to all that stuff if you need help and you're not feeling well. I definitely won't go to the doctor if I don't have to. I've been here since 1 a.m. and the waiting room is completely empty. I have a small baby at home (babysitter brought in specially) and the nurse doesn't care and for me she does it on purpose.
