  It's ok for the night. Noisy factory next door but if you close the window it's fine. Free parking is nice

  I was very satisfied with this hotel. It's sparse, just as you see in the pictures, but they do provide towels, soap, and shampoo. Everything looked very clean. Was concerned about the location, but it felt very safe and quiet. It's just between an easy walking neighborhood and an industrial area (quiet after hours). The building itself has nice condos attached. Easy parking garage, and there's even a cute small gated dog run area. There is some road noise since the rooms don't have the huge window coverings, but it was fine once I closed the window.

  Simply put pathetic experience and the worst customer service I have ever encountered... Never visit with small kids. In short ,we checked in around 2 pm the room was a very bit cold , so we decided to turn up the AC to 30degrees to be sure that it will not be freezing cold once we get back. We returned to the room around 7pm and the room was still extremely cold. I decided to go to the reception, described the whole story and was informed that there is a problem with AC and heating. We were not informed about that before checking in, although receptionist saw that we approached her with small baby in a car seat. It was simply to cold to stay there with a small child. They could not provide us with alternative room, so we decided to go to another hotel as this one was not an option unless we all wanted to freeze over night. We were informed that we will not get refund because we already ”used the room”. We checked out at around 8 pm with a crying baby and a confirmation from the receptionist that AC is not working. I have never encountered such a bad customer service in my life. Receptionist was rude and said to me things like: “what do you expect me to build another room?” Or “I will not deal with this now because I have other clients”. Very interesting way to treat a client... ABSOLUTE NO GO !

  Good and affordable hotel. Rooms are fairly small which is a typical ibis style but it is very functional. Serves a basic cold breakfast but apart from that no other food service available. The location is very convenient and close to the Messe. Hard any distance from the nearest metro. All in all a good stay.
