  I was working across the road in Stryker and I'm travelling with work. My taxi did not arrive and I was locked out of the offices. I don't speak German and I asked the kind Manager to help me book a taxi. He was extremely helpful and also spoke English which was appreciated. Customer service 5 stars. Also great location for Stryker employees.

  I made a reservation via Booking and then change the reservation date. Booking confirmed me the change. Unfortunately when I arrived only one room has been changed. The clerk tried to find me a second room which I have to change several minutes later. I have to pay it directly and they charge me again via my credit card two days after, so I have to pay for 3 rooms because of their mistake. After long exhanges with Booking, Ibis decided not to reimburse me because they say I had to cancel my reservation (which was impossible of course on Booking). They are dishonest, in bad faith and incompetent. They never tried to find a solution. Avoid this hotel if you can !!!

  If you are on your own then the room might be ok but it is too minimal for two. Breakfast good and staff courteous. Location would only be good if you are working on the industrial estate.

  I have been there several times on a business trip, most recently on New Year's Eve 31.12 / 01.01.2023 Rooms clean. At breakfast everything Fresh and tasty. Service at the reception much above the standard for budget hotels, they are really great people very nice and committed to their work. Thank you to the gentleman at reception for helping me with my little problem, other hotels can take an example.

  Everything was great, the rooms are big and rather clean for a budget hotel, ambient light next to beds is definetely a plus at night 🤗 The breakfast was good for 8€ - enough choice of bread rolls and toppings and very decent coffee. The guy at the reception is really friendly and helpful. Would definetely come back again if we book last minute 👍 P.s. View from our bed towards the mountains at sunrise 🏞
