I was welcomed by Ms. Huth, who had an employee who could speak English well. They were friendly and helped me solve any problems. ::Unfortunately, information is never saved. Because of a death, we often had to spend our time in this branch. Here the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Despite canceling a service (probably for a trainee or intern), debits were made for months. We always had to follow up and tell our story from the beginning. Nobody was ever openly rude, but you can't call the service friendly...

::Very bad experience. Tel.Contact, waiting times up to 48 minutes, constant difficulties with online banking. Not recommendable. The bank cannot be reached on site by telephone. All branches are now closed to the public.
