::Unfortunately, each of my experiences with this branch is negatively influenced. On the one hand, the opening times are so inappropriately set that a working person can make an appearance. On the other hand, none of my problems or issues could be clarified on site. Every time they said I had to go to the main branch on Lorenzer Platz, although the letter from HVB said I could go to any branch. Furthermore, I was referred to a hotline, which is just an announcement tape that tells you to go to your branch. It's a shame, that's not how customer service looks to me.

::Very bad service at the counter and on the phone also get wrong information. The lady at the counter was unfortunately not very competent and unfriendly either. Customers who only spoke English and asked for an appointment could only be helped with difficulty, thanks to my husband. Wonder how something can be that you don't even know a little English as a bank clerk. The branch cannot be recommended.

::I wanted to apply for a new EC card & credit card due to my marriage. The lady at the counter was quiet, I was unfortunately pressed for time ... because the change took a long time, it was also wrong. Both cards arrived wrong and of course the old family name. End of the song: ordered again (this time by phone) and no card for over a week. Never there again!

::Impossible service, you never reach someone, you will not be called back. The opening times for such a busy location are really a joke. Would not be bad if Hypovereinsbank also closes this branch - never again!

::Really bad service. How can a bank only have the till open two days in the afternoon? As a normal working person, it is not possible for Hypo to do its banking on-site from person to person. In the future I will look for a new bank where service is very important again.
