  Absolutely poor service and unfriendly employees who get cheeky, personal and then just end the phone call. If you have problems and ask for help, nothing comes back (I have been waiting for a confirmed callback for a week). If you have someone on the phone, you can never be helped, it just means' I can't see that and also do not continue to connect, etc. You actually ask yourself why they even have such a service. My advisor in the bank branch is probably not responsible either (simply unbelievable). Two months ago they simply wrongly debited me money, which after several phone calls has not yet been clarified because nobody is responsible for it. You only get to hear excuses. Very strange dealings with customers. Can only advise someone against this bank.

  A bank that is only open 12 hours a week and practically never for normal workers. I hope the branch closes soon and something useful moves in.

  Nice bank, super polite service. It's a pity that they work only 3 hours some days, no opportunity to get support. Anyway u can get cash all the day round
