::Was there today. After I wanted to unblock my online baking again. The woman was nice at first until I had a question and it didn't work. I spoke normally but apparently she didn't like my tone. She said she called me young lady as if she had the right to do so. I did everything right myself, she just had NO IDEA about her area, because when I did it with another nice woman she recognized the problem immediately. Before that, the other woman played me as stupid, answered my question incorrectly, meant I couldn't complete the last step, and I was mocked, which is absolutely not possible for a bank employee.

::There is only one HypoVereinsbank left in all of Augsburg and they now only have the self-service zone open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The bank will definitely be changed!

::Anyone who is a Cash-Group customer has to accept that 95% takes place online and via the telephone hotline. The staff on site is friendly and if an ATM is broken, you can withdraw money at another branch or at Deutsche Bank, Postbank, etc. without any problems. The account switching service worked perfectly
