::We checked in before going out to see the city. When we went to our room later there was someone sleeping in it. The only staff available was the security guard, he had to call someone to come in. It took about an hour for them to figure out what to do, while our 3 and 5 year old children slept in the lobby. The room was clean but the air conditioner didn't work. Hot and sweaty night. Our party had 5 rooms and only one had a working air conditioner. The front desk didn't do or say anything. I wouldn't stay here again and would not recommend it. Edit: The hotel contacted me after seeing this review and said the night shift didn't tell the day shift this happened, which is why they didn't do anything to fix it. Bogus! I told the lady at checkout exactly what happened. Avoid this place!

::Really nice place. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, tasty and plentiful breakfast. With fresh waffles! And prosecco. There are small paper bags in every room. If you are caring for the planet, you'll get a small reward. Nice idea! Works better then " leave your towel on the floor" :)
