  The location is unique, the rooms could use paint and new furniture. The breakfast wasn't great.

  You will receive a very friendly welcome at the Hotel with a Beautiful View. The room is clean and tidy. There is a small balcony with a partial sea view and two chairs so you can relax there. The location is right on the promenade so after a few steps or taking the elevator you are directly on the beach. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, well organized and always replenished straight away. The service is extremely friendly and you have a fantastic view over the Baltic Sea from the elevated position of the breakfast room. The only negative thing is the really antiquated room furnishings in the main building. The doors, the curtains, the sink, the towels, the small table are all left in the 80's and desperately need a refresh. But the friendliness, service and location make up for it, so we would be happy to come back.

  There is a saying in life that you should sleep on it for a night before making your displeasure known. We have now slept on it for about 40 nights and have given the hotel, the travel agency and the travel provider TUI enough time to take a step towards us. But nothing happened in that regard. We were left completely alone with our dissatisfaction. Now is the right time to write a negative review at this point. There is no need for many words, just a look at the pictures is enough. This hotel doesn't deserve a single point. Only the staff always tried hard, sometimes with tears in their eyes. We will never vacation here again, not even for one night.

  The Hotel is in a desperate need of renovation. The rooms and building are really old and in some parts dirty. However, the staff are very friendly and do their best to keep you happy. The breakfast was also good. The location is Perfect with sea view from the room and a 2 min walk to the beach.

  Short break, the hotel absolutely benefits from its location. Everything else is borderline. The photos do not match reality. Wouldn't have booked it otherwise. It's all old, completely outdated or standing still, pieced together, something else is beautiful. The bathroom is extremely small, comfortable for a longer stay, no. There is no relationship between price and performance. It is advertised as child-friendly, but you have the feeling that it is senior accommodation. Which isn't meant to be negative. In the evening after 10 p.m. there is no elevator, not in the building and not the one downstairs when you come from the beach. If you have a disability it's a disaster because everything can only be reached by stairs. It's a shame, but the hotel will not be considered again.
