  Am Sonntag vor dem langen Maiwochenende 2018 gingen wir ins Restaurant und erblickten als erstes einen großen Raum mit ungedeckten Tischen. Im vorderen Teil waren die Tische eingedeckt. Ein Kellner kam, um uns anzuschnautzen, dass nichts frei wäre, er sei allein. Mit dem Fuß stieß er noch die Tür zum Hotelempfang auf und blökte die dortige Dame an, wieso lassen Sie überhaupt noch jemanden herein. Ja, bei diesem Stil erledigt sich sein Problem bald von allein.

  Very historic and beautiful, it was a pleasure to stay there. GREAT location in the old city. Food is outstanding...No parking at the hotel but you can park a few minutes away for 8 euro a day. We'll worth the extra rates. The exterior is being touched up just now.

  Truly Special, the rooms are very comfortable and more spacious than most. Many little details to make your stay special. A little more expensive than most, but we'll worth it. If you like historic places, you will love the Zum Ritter. The location is great, right in the heart of old Heidelberg. Parking is a few blocks away and 8 euro day. Like all old buildings, there are stairs. The staff is helpful and courteous. I will definitely recommend Zum Ritter.

  Das Essen ist sehr gut und mit der Bedienung kann man zufrieden sein. Sehr schönes Anwesen. Sehr sauber und man fühlt sich wohl.

  Excellent location, and wonderfully historic exterior. Our room was small but comfortable, with excellent linens and bedding. The windows were small, and offered limited views, but on the backside of the hotel, things were mostly quiet. Location afforded great access to Christmas markets. Restaurant and bar we're nice, but expensive, especially given the options outside very nearby.
