  I cannot judge the hotel as I was not a guest, but we wanted to be guests in the restaurant. I had Myday's dinner vouchers that I wanted to redeem. I was shocked how unfriendly I was treated on the first phone call. The second phone call was actually worse. Unbelievable what you had to listen to, an absolutely unprofessional and unjustified manner for which there was no reason whatsoever. I was so shocked because the industry actually lives off of such paying guests as we wanted to be. But how do you say so beautifully, if you don't want to, you've already got it. So we rebooked our vouchers. Under these circumstances and on this basis, we no longer wanted to do it there.
