  Good budget hotel with clean, spacious rooms and washrooms what's expected of a budget hotel. Wifi could be improved as it kept disconnecting.

  Breakfast good. Room was o.k. and clean. However in the morning its relatively loud and you wake up. Parking fee is too high (12 euro per night).

  Dieses hotel hat 3 Sterne Und sind föllig ausreichend. Ich komme gerne wieder. Beim Frühstück wird man satt. Nur das nachlegen müssen Sie noch etwas lernen. Für mich ist es wichtig das Ich platzt im Bad habe bin keine schlanke Person (Zimmern 12) ist zwar klein aber funktioniert alles. Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Fragte nach einem 2ten Kissen bekam es prompt aufs Zimmer. Das hotel ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen von der Straßenbahn aus. Und zu Fuß ist alles zu erreichen was das Herz begehrt. Zum Dom sind es zu Fuß stramme 30min. Mit der kvg (öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln) mit einmal umsteigen ca 8 bis 10 min kommt auf die Verbindung drauf an. Waren zur faschingsZeit dort und zur Nacht war alles ruhig also ich werde wieder kommen

  Horrible Place! Avoid. Here are some of the worst issues I found: 1. POOR SERVICE. Asked for an extra pillow and got told 'oh we are a small hotel, we don't have such things'. Well, if you're such a small hotel, charge a small hotel price! For the price we paid, we expected slightly better! 2. DIRTY. Look at the picture. Trash and bedsheets etc gets left over outside doors. Don't expect it to be cleaned. 3. SMELLY. There is a persistent smoke smell in the room (we stayed in a carpeted floor room). Had to endure this terrible stench for 4 nights. It was horrible and I fell sick during my stay there. 4. UNCLEAN. The bath towels were not clean. The carpeted floor is disgusting. 5. UNCOMFORTABLE. Mattress is very worn down making it very uneven and discomforting. Pillows were far far to thin. 6. BAD LOCATION. Honestly, the location was not near any of the landmarks and to reach one you had to walk 15-20 mins. 7. SLIGHTLY RUDE. On the night before we checked out, I asked the lady at the counter for the check out time. She kindly told us '2 pm'. The next day, we were out till 1ish and came back at 1.30pm. The manager saw us and said 'Oh finally there you are!'. I told him the lady before us said that check out was 2 pm to which he said 'oh yea? its 12pm'. Honestly this is one of the worst places I've stayed. Others have given it 4 or 5 stars here and maybe we were just unlucky. But my advise would be to stay far away from this place.

  Wenn ich in Köln bin, so ist das Windsor mein Favorit unter den Hotels. Es ist der freundliche Empfang, die Ungezwungenheit der dort tätigen Personen. Ein wirklich angenehmes Haus. Morgens ein gutes Frühstück. Was will man mehr auf einer Dienstreise.
